Roles & Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

  • The Manager Onsite leads and optimizes the app and website experience by executing impactful campaigns, ensuring fresh and relevant online merchandising, and using data, insights, and testing to drive engagement, innovation, and long-term onsite strategy.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Own and optimize onsite merchandising across homepage, categories, banners, and brand zones on web and app to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns and promotions, including tagging, deep linking, vouchers, QA, and timely launches aligned with commercial goals.
  • Manage offer execution and coordinate with CRM, social, and digital marketing teams to maximize campaign reach across touchpoints.
  • Improve user journeys and UX through navigation optimization, A/B testing, and data-driven enhancements to increase conversion and add-to-cart rates.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics (CTR, CVR, page views, voucher performance, bounce rates) to deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, product, tech, creative, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and high-impact execution.
  • Lead creative asset development by managing designers and content creators while ensuring brand consistency and quality across devices.
  • Drive strategic planning, innovation, and people development through market benchmarking, policy compliance, performance management, and team mentorship.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, business administration or any other field relevant to the role.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in and Ecommerce or Merchandising role.
  • Preferably 5+ years in an Onsite Merchandising role in an E-Commerce company.
  • Detail-oriented in testing across browsers and devices to ensure seamless UX and campaign functionality.
  • Works constructively with CRM, digital marketing, social, commercial, and tech teams to align and execute campaigns effectively.
  • Skilled in using tools (e.g., Algolia, Bloomreach) to manage search relevance, product boosting, and dynamic merchandising.
