Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute operational readiness plans for new and existing projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya s strategic objectives.

Engage with cross-functional teams to identify operational requirements and support successful project delivery.

Conduct readiness assessments to evaluate operational capacity and identify potential gaps, recommending solutions for improvement.

Lead the design and implementation of training programs to prepare teams for optimal operational performance.

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational readiness and post-launch performance.

Proactively identify risks to operation and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project execution.

Promote a culture of guest-centric service by ensuring operational strategies enhance guest experiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,

5+ years of experience in operational management, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or project management sectors.
