Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive operational readiness plans for new and existing projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Work collaboratively with different departments, including project management, design, and HR, to ensure all operational requirements are met before the launch.
- Conduct detailed assessments of operational readiness, identifying gaps and recommending solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Design, implement, and oversee staff training programs aimed at equipping teams with the skills required for operational excellence.
- Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and readiness, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project rollouts.
- Foster a customer-focused culture among staff to ensure high standards of guest experience are met and exceeded.
Desired Candidate Profile
A bachelor s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in operational management or readiness roles.
