Key Responsibilities

Own OT Systems and Controls
Own the enterprise roadmap for OT systems and controls including PLCs, DCS, SCADA, and control system integrations
Guide system selection, configuration standards, and upgrade strategies for control platforms
Support site teams in deploying and maintaining compliant control systems

Ensure Safe and Reliable Control Operations
Promote safe-by-design control system architectures and operating practices
Support performance monitoring, diagnostics, and continuous improvement of control systems
Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for control system reliability issues

Enable Integration and Interoperability
Define control system integration standards with OT infrastructure, data platforms, and enterprise systems
Partner with OT Infrastructure, Hosting & Connectivity teams to ensure controls are deployable and operable

Core Competencies
OT governance and control systems standards
PLC, DCS, SCADA, and industrial automation platforms
Control system reliability and lifecycle management
OT integration and interoperability
Cross-site coordination and stakeholder management

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Control, Automation, or Systems Engineering
7 10 years experience in industrial control systems or OT environments
Strong hands-on knowledge of PLC, DCS, and SCADA platforms
Experience governing control system standards across multiple sites
Background in mining, process, or asset-intensive industries preferred
