- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure full adherence to regulatory and operational requirements.
- Represent Qatar Airways in industry forums, establishing the airline as a leader in global payment innovation.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing payments team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in payment management within the aviation or financial sector.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multi-cultural and cross-functional teams.
Extensive understanding of global payment systems, financial technologies, and payment processing platforms.
Experience in vendor relations and contractual negotiations with international payment providers.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive organizational change.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
