Vesat Management

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of construction activities for residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects. The role ensures projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Project Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare baseline project schedule using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Develop detailed construction schedules (WBS, activity sequencing, logic, milestones).
• Prepare catch-up and recovery schedules when required.
• Resource loading and cost loading of project schedules.

Monitoring & Control

• Track project progress (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Update schedules and analyze delays using S-curve and critical path analysis.
• Identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor subcontractor progress and performance.

Coordination

• Coordinate with site team, design team, procurement, and MEP teams.
• Conduct progress review meetings with internal and client teams.
• Support Project Manager in time-related contractual matters.

Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Generate KPI reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules (2-week / 3-week).
• Present schedule updates to management and clients.

Documentation & Claims

• Assist in EOT (Extension of Time) preparation and delay analysis.
• Maintain planning records and documentation.
• Support preparation of project cash flow forecasts.
