Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the PMO framework, standards, and best practices for MBS Stadium project management.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing timely reports and insights to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling are effectively managed.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, working collaboratively with project teams to develop solutions.
- Implement tracking and reporting tools to enhance visibility into project performance and progress against key milestones.
- Act as a central point of contact for project-related information, ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the PMO and project teams.
- Assist in change management activities and project post-evaluation to drive lessons learned and best practices.
- Support the development and training of project management staff and stakeholders, enhancing their competencies and project delivery capabilities.
- Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role in large-scale development projects.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (PMI, Agile, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in project management software and collaboration tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
