Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage all phases of offshore construction including fabrication, piping, erection, and installation. Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, HSE standards, and QA/QC protocols. Develop and implement detailed construction schedules and resource plans. Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractor teams. Monitor progress, productivity, and resolve constructability issues. Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient execution. Conduct daily briefings and ensure proper allocation of manpower and equipment. Strong project management and planning capabilities.
