Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Plan, organize, and execute substation projects from start to finish

  2. Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and resources

  3. Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders

  4. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

  5. Coordinate with UAE authorities for approvals (DEWA, FEWA, TRANSCO, ADDC)

  6. Prepare project reports, risk assessments, and documentation

  7. Implement best practices to improve efficiency, cost, and project delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in projects in the UAE

  2. Substation project experience is mandatory

  3. Knowledge of UAE authority approvals (DEWA, FEWA, TRANSCO, ADDC) is an advantage

  4. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
