Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Quality Planning & Implementation
- Develop and implement Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and Method Statements.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant building codes.
- Establish quality objectives and KPIs for the project.
2. Site Quality Control
- Monitor all civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
- Ensure materials used are as per approved submittals and standards.
- Verify quality of concrete works, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, etc.
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain QA/QC documentation including:
- Inspection reports
- Material approval records
- Test certificates
- NCR (Non-Conformance Reports)
- Ensure closure of NCRs and corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate third-party inspections and statutory approvals
