Job Description

The Manager of Regulatory Compliance plays a critical role within an organization to ensure adherence to all relevant industry rules and laws. This professional is responsible for aligning internal processes with these external requirements, while also providing guidance on compliance matters to management and staff. Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in regulatory compliance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex regulatory guidelines accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with risk management and internal control procedures is desirable.
