About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager Revenue Management to join the resort s Revenue Management team.

The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are

  • Develop and maintain accurate short-term and long-term forecasts for room revenue.
  • Analyze historical data and market trends to predict future demand.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align forecasts with business strategies.
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market conditions to adjust rates accordingly.
  • Ensure pricing strategies are aligned with brand positioning and profitability goals.
  • Manage room inventory to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Coordinate with front office and reservations to ensure effective inventory distribution.
  • Monitor overbooking levels and adjust strategies to minimize risk.
  • Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on performance metrics.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies.
  • Participate in regular strategy meetings and provide data-driven insights.
  • Support the development of promotional offers and packages.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or resort environments.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS, IDeaS, or similar systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools
