About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager Revenue Management to join the resort s Revenue Management team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize revenue across Rooms, F&B, Nightlife, Spa and other ancillary services.

Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to forecast demand and recommend rate adjustments.

Lead daily revenue strategy meetings and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on business goals.

Monitor and manage inventory across all distribution channels, ensuring optimal availability and rate parity.

Prepare and present detailed revenue performance reports, forecasts, and business insights to senior leadership.

Identify new revenue opportunities and support the launch of promotional campaigns and packages.

Ensure systems (PMS, RMS, CRS, Channel Manager) are accurately configured and maintained.

Train and mentor junior revenue team members and support cross-functional education on revenue management principles.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management within luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven mindset.

Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS G3, Rainmaker, or similar), PMS (Opera Cloud preferred), Channel Manager (e.g., SynXis, HBSi), Excel, SQL and Power BI.

Extensive experience in working with competitive intelligence and market analytics platforms (e.g., CoStar (STR), Fornova, Lighthouse, or similar)

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic and diverse environment.
