Task Responsibilities:Ready to take off? Cargolux, Europe s largest all-cargo airline, is looking for a driven sales professional to join our dynamic Dubai hub! As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Sales Strategy & ExecutionDesign and implement targeted sales plans to achieve revenue goals.Focus on product-specific growth, including new offerings like AVI.Identify and respond to market shifts, competitive activity, and regulatory changes.Customer Engagement & DevelopmentBuild long-term relationships with local and global freight forwarders.Partner with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.Conduct regular customer visits and track business development progress. Reporting & Market IntelligencePresent sales performance, forecasts, and revenue reports to management.Maintain and update customer databases and market records.Share updates on schedules, embargoes, and operational changes with clients. Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with import/export teams to gather insights and support reporting.Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders across pricing, product, and compliance.Essential Requirements For The Position:Minimum 5 years of experience in the air cargo industry, with solid operational awareness of commercial and logistics processes.Fluent in written and spoken English; communicates clearly and assertively.Strong organizational skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.Comfortable in fast-paced environments; meets tight deadlines with adaptability.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong numeracy and literacy.Valid driving license required.Working Conditions:Flexibility with working hours is expected.Full-time position based in Dubai.A certificate of good conduct will be required in case of positive selection.Benefits We Offer Company Car Wage Protection System Repatriation Support Health & medical insurance for employees and family coverage 13th Month Salary Annual Home Country Return Ticket
