As Manager - Sales & Retail Learning you will lead, oversee and govern end to end learning solutions in Sales and Retail skill development across the Emirates Group, establishing internal operational excellence in order to enable continuous capability development supporting EK Group Strategy.
In this role you will:
- Lead the development design and implementation of operational learning solutions in Technical Learning for key stakeholders across The Group in consultation with the business and, where required, aligned to regulatory requirements.
- Ensure learning solutions are strategically aligned with EK Group business intent and values.
- Govern the group operational learning experience ensuring that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met in partnership with the business.
- Drive effective utilisation of departmental resources to support strategic projects and business priorities.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure any third party investment is aligned to the learning experience standards and meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Oversee the learning impact evaluation of operational learning interventions in line with international best practices and provide timely reporting to leadership and the business.
- Partner with the Digital Learning Experience team to ensure consistency in operational learning experience across all modalities.
- Establish and maintain relationships of strategic partnership with the key stakeholders dependent on LT operational learning support.
- Lead, manage, mentor and develop a team.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, friendly and passionate team environment to ensure the development and retention of critical talent within Emirates
To be considered for the role you must meet the below requirements:
- Degree or Honours in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years in a Human Resources Learning & Development role.
- Experience in a learning leadership position.
- Experience in continuous improvement and process enhancements with a focus on operational excellence.
- Experience working in a largescale international organisation.
- Experience in learning administration reporting and innovation.
Youll have an edge if you have:
- Train the trainer experience.
- Experience in evaluating learning experience standards
