Roles & Responsibilities



Reporting to the Management of the establishment, you are responsible for the performance and excellence of our spa.

  • Manage, motivate and unite the team (beauticians, practitioners, spa reception)

  • Ensuring quality of service and customer experience in accordance with standards

  • To increase revenue (treatments, product sales, commercial offers)

  • Managing schedules, inventory, orders and supplier relationships

  • Monitor performance indicators (revenue, occupancy rate, average basket size)

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety standards and protocols.

  • to be proactive in proposing activities, partnerships and seasonal offers

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in spa management, ideally in high-end hotels.

  • Excellent presentation and a strong sense of customer service

  • Natural leadership and team spirit

  • Business acumen and a results-oriented culture

  • Proficiency in computer tools and booking software
