Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a talented Manager of Standards and SOP Development to enhance our operational excellence frameworks. This role involves creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and best practices across all departments. Your efforts will be crucial in driving consistency, efficiency, and quality throughout our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Operations Standards Framework for all Qiddiya transport systems, aligned with KSA regulations, international standards (e.g., EN, ISO, IEC), and QIC corporate policies
- Coordinate the drafting, review, approval, and control of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and Operational Manuals.
- Ensure consistency and interoperability across different transport modes and operations partners.
- Ensure SOPs and standards meet TGA, NCEMA, GDCD, MOT, and other relevant KSA authority requirements.
- Support ORAT (Operational Readiness and Asset Transfer) activities by preparing and validating procedures required for trial operations and service commencement.
- Collaborate with system suppliers, operators, and maintenance contractors to align their operating procedures with Qiddiya s overarching standards.
- Maintain a master register of SOPs and standards, ensuring all versions are current, approved, and auditable.
Skills
- Strong understanding of SOP development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant software tools for document management and process mapping.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Railway Operations or a related field.; Master s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in process development, quality assurance, or standards management.
