Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive the delivery of strategic and analytical initiatives across the Commercial Strategy function, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities
Support the planning and execution of cross-functional projects, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones
Conduct structured analysis to test hypotheses, generate insights, and develop clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
Develop high-quality, executive-level presentations that translate complex analysis into compelling narratives
Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and support mitigation and escalation where required
Engage with stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels to drive alignment and outcomes
Contribute to broader team initiatives, including executive reporting, workshops, and strategic offsites
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 5 years experience in aviation, strategy, or consulting environments
Experience working on strategic projects and/or analytical problem-solving initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualisation tools is advantageous
Project management experience preferred, but not essential (hands-on, analytical mindset is critical)
