Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive talent development programs and initiatives aimed at improving employee skills, productivity.
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring its alignment with the group goals and strategies.
- Develop and manage succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity and career development for employees.
- Identify competency, knowledge, and talent gaps within the group and develop specific programs to fill the identified gaps.
- Collaborate with HR team and other relevant stakeholders to integrate talent management and performance management programs into the broader HC&E strategy.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of talent development and performance management strategies, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
People Management Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership, supervision, and guidance to the talent development and performance management team.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and high performance.
- Facilitate professional development and career advancement opportunities for team members.
- Manage the performance of direct reports, providing constructive feedback and recognizing achievements.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Participate in the formulation of the overall human capital strategy of the Cluster.
- Ensure alignment of talent development and performance management strategies in the Cluster with Corporate objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Vice President on talent development and performance management best practices and trends.
- Lead the strategic planning, development, execution, and evaluation of all talent development and performance management programs and initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field is required.
- Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Professional certification in talent management or human resources (such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CIPD) is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a talent development or performance management role.
- Proficient in HRIS and talent management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful talent development and performance management strategies.
