Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Manager Oracle SCM Technology Consulting to join EY in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will lead the delivery of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions, supporting clients in implementing, optimizing, and transforming their ERP landscape.
You will be responsible for managing engagements, leading functional workstreams, and delivering end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations across various industries.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle SCM implementation projects across modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Costing
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of ERP delivery including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into Oracle SCM solutions
- Provide functional leadership and oversee project delivery to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Design and optimize supply chain processes leveraging Oracle best practices
- Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, extensions, and data migration activities
- Define solution architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise systems and business objectives
- Drive client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and user training programs
- Mentor and manage junior consultants and contribute to team capability development
- Support business development initiatives including proposal writing and client presentations
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
- 8 12 years of experience in Oracle ERP, with strong focus on Oracle SCM modules
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Cost Management
- Proven track record of leading at least 2 3 end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations
- Strong understanding of supply chain business processes and industry best practices
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and client stakeholder management
- Experience working with integration tools, data migration, and reporting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required
Ideally, you ll also have
- Experience in Oracle Cloud SCM certifications
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI reporting tools, and analytics platforms
- Experience working on large-scale transformation programs
- Prior consulting experience within the Middle East region
Desired Candidate Profile
