The opportunity

We re looking for an SAP Project Manager with domain experience either in Supply Chain Management or Human Capital Management or Finance (SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO), Treasury, FICA, Central Finance, and Group Reporting) for our Cairo office.

Key Responsibilities:

• The project manager will be responsible for overseeing projects for roll out of an SAP Global Template solution across various entities.
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective communication and alignment on project milestones, and procedures / frameworks to be followed.
• Participate in onboarding process of vendors and performance controlling
• Provide regular updates to senior management on program activities, project status, and vendor performance.
• Enforce and apply quality assurance protocols to ensure that deliverables from vendors meet the organization's quality standards. Collaborate with vendors to implement corrective actions when quality issues arise, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Ensures risks and issues are effectively recorded, mitigated or resolved and report regularly on the statis
• Ensure designed governance is followed.

Key Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, HCM or a related field. Or Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in project management preferably managing mid size to large project , previous experience as PMO Lead
• You will ideally have 8-12 + years of relevant professional experience within SAP Digital Transformation and SAP Implementation experience in minimum 4 projects.
• Strong knowledge in SAP Activate /Agile/ Hybrid implementation methodologies, understands the end to end program lifecycle
• Experience in one of the following SAP Areas : Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Supplier Relationship Management , or Finance and Controlling , or Human capital management
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Consulting experience and SAP implementation experience is a must
• Prior experience in the public sector is advantage.
• Candidate should be Arabic Speaker

• Experience in large-scale SAP implementations, finance transformations, and cloud finance solutions.
