Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Procurement Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for technology-related products and services that align with Qiddiya s objectives.
  • Lead the sourcing process, including working closely with suppliers, conducting RFPs, and negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed of technology trends and proactively identify supplier opportunities.

2. Management of Vendor Relations

  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with technology vendors, ensuring performance meets Qiddiya s quality and service standards.
  • Facilitate regular reviews and performance evaluations of suppliers to promote improvement and accountability.
  • Resolve conflicts and conduct debriefs with vendors as needed to ensure ongoing collaboration and support.

3. Financial Management and Reporting

  • Monitor procurement budgets specific to technology expenditures and align them with the organization s financial objectives.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on procurement activities, cost savings achieved, and forecasted needs.
  • Implement strategies to reduce costs while increasing value through technological advancements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • 7-10 years of experience in technology procurement, contract negotiation, or a related field.
  • A Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline; Master s degree preferred.
  • Appropriate certification such as CIPS or other relevant qualifications will be considered advantageous.
  • Proven ability to lead procurement activities within a large-scale project or organization.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a clear understanding of contract terms and supplier agreements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency in English is required, with Arabic being a plus.
  • Experience in a multicultural environment and deep understanding of regional suppliers and markets is preferred.
