Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the Coaching business and Assessment Centre, driving strategic vision, service excellence, and innovation.

Ensure the integration of cutting-edge psychological assessments and coaching frameworks.

Serve as the in-house expert on leadership diagnostics, executive coaching, and talent evaluation.

Act as an internal consultant, supporting other practices across the consultancy in leveraging coaching and assessment insights.

Collaborate with the Business Development taskforce to identify and pursue opportunities aligned with the practice.

Publish thought leadership pieces, case studies, and insights to enhance the Company s profile.

Develop proposals, lead bid teams, and manage the tendering process for relevant services.

Work closely with clients to understand leadership challenges and co-create tailored coaching and assessment solutions.

Ensure comprehensive needs analysis, solution design, and measurement frameworks are established for all engagements.

Represent the Company in senior-level client engagements, industry forums, and speaking engagements.

Lead strategic alliances with global coaching and assessment organizations.

Stay current with global trends to innovate new offerings and enhance existing products and services.

Supervise and support a team of coaches and psychologists in the delivery of high-impact programs.

Ensure delivery standards align with international best practices and accreditation requirements.

Monitor quality, client satisfaction, and key performance indicators across all coaching and assessment interventions.

Maintain credentials as an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC).

Hold or oversee delivery using advanced assessment certifications (e.g., Hogan, Saville, Korn Ferry, SHL, or equivalent), ensuring compliance with standards from recognized professional psychology bodies (e.g., BPS, APA, EFPA).

Champion ongoing professional development and certification for all team members.

Own the P&L for the Coaching and Assessment practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Drive commercial outcomes by identifying growth opportunities and expanding the service portfolio.

Track performance against revenue targets and initiate corrective actions as required.
