Roles & Responsibilities

Managing Director, GCC: Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic growth and regional development across the GCC.
  • Drive commercial performance through new business initiatives, partnerships, and long-term client relationships.
  • Oversee operations, finance, marketing, and client delivery, ensuring excellence and profitability across all functions in Dubai.
  • Inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams spanning creative, production, and client service disciplines.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability that empowers teams to deliver exceptional results.

Desired Candidate Profile

Senior leadership experience within creative, marketing, brand communications, or events agencies.

  • Proven success in driving growth, profitability, and regional expansion.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to balance creativity and business performance.
  • Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and managing complex, high-impact projects.
  • Deep understanding of the GCC markets; Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinker, and confident communicator.
