Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the agency s strategic vision and growth plan, ensuring alignment with the mission and preset objectives
Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence, ensuring that the agency is ahead of industry trends and provides clients with cutting
-edge advertising solutions Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including potential acquisitions, partnerships, and expansion into emerging digital channels
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high
-profile clients and key industry stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Spearhead business development initiatives to acquire new clients and retain existing accounts, including leading pitches, negotiations, and closing deals
Oversee the development of creative, media, and events strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ROI for clients
Develop and manage the agency s budget, revenue targets, and profitability, ensuring financial health and scalability
Monitor and optimize operational processes across departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of client projects
Monitor the finance team to maintain accurate financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis to inform decision-making and ensure fiscal responsibility
Lead and mentor department heads, fostering collaboration and a cohesive team environment across the agency
Establish performance standards, evaluate staff performance, and drive a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, creating a workplace where all team members feel valued and empowered
Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging media channels, ensuring the agency remains compliant and competitive
Represent the agency at industry conferences, networking events, and in public-facing roles, enhancing its reputation and influence within the advertising community
Maintain and enforce high-quality standards across all deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction
Identify potential risks and challenges in the overall operations and projects, and develop proactive mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and the country of operations

Requirements:
15+ years of leadership experience in the advertising industry
MA degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Visual Communications or equivalent, from a renowned university
Strong dedication to building and nurturing client relationships
Strong understanding of both traditional and digital advertising landscapes, including media, social, creative, and events
-Proven financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management Skilled in optimizing agency processes to ensure smooth, on-time, and high-quality project delivery
Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills

The primary work location is in Riyadh This role requires a high level of commitment and flexibility, with frequent client interactions, industry events, and travels
