About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Technician / Practitioner to lead and run a premium beauty and aesthetics clinic in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to build and operate your own practice, fully supported with investment, infrastructure, and operational setup, with a profit-share arrangement starting after 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

Run the clinic end-to-end, including clinical, operational, and business management

Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments at the highest standard

Supervise and mentor staff as the clinic grows

Shape the clinic s service offerings and build a loyal client base

Ensure full compliance with Dubai health authority regulations

Core Treatments

Botox, dermal fillers, LED light therapy, laser treatments, RF/HIFU skin tightening, medical-grade facials, HydraFacial, chemical peels, microneedling, PRP/skin boosters, acne and pigmentation treatments, anti-ageing treatments, and general skin rejuvenation

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

Proven experience running a beauty or aesthetics clinic end-to-end

Fully qualified and certified aesthetic practitioner

DHA / UAE-compliant certifications

Strong clinical and business management skills

Commercial mindset and client-focused approach
