Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies.

Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients and partners (spoken & written).

Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.

Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups.

Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and client visits when required.

Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (Arabic is a plus).

1 3 years of experience in sales or sales support (assistant manager level preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile
