Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Knowledge of Safe work permitting
Monitor and log in of entry/exit of entrants
Manhole watcher keep visible contact at all the time with workers inside the Confined
Space using Portable Monitor (LEL) when necessary to sample air quality in the work
area
Not leave the entry point unless released/replaced by another person
Well aware with risk involved in each CSE activity
Aware about emergency rescue plan and procedures
Fire watcher personnel are to be familiar procedures for stopping of work / sounding an
alarm in the event of a fire.
Take preventive measure to avoid fire
Knowledge about source flammable in the area
He is responsible to see the hazards due to fire during the hot Job works.
