Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage manpower planning aligned with project and business requirements
- Analyze workforce data, utilization, and productivity trends
- Coordinate with project managers and department heads on staffing needs
- Forecast manpower demand and prepare hiring or redeployment plans
- Monitor headcount, attrition, and manpower costs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and contractual requirements
- Prepare manpower reports and dashboards for senior management
- Support recruitment and mobilization activities when required
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
10-15 years of experience in manpower planning or workforce management
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in HR systems, Excel, and workforce planning tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in construction and FM industries
