Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough manual functional testing of web and mobile applications.
  • Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Contribute to test planning, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
  • Utilize basic knowledge of Selenium, Java, and automation concepts to support the QA process (note: no scripting required).
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in manual functional testing.
  • Strong expertise of Functional QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira or other defect management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium and programming concepts in Java (no scripting required).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
