Required Software Skills:
- Any exposure to concepts related to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), supply chain management, or factory automation during your studies.
- Experience with data analysis and AI tools (e.g., Excel, basic programming languages like Python or R, genAI) from academic projects.
- An understanding of data management and information technology principles.
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (e.g., Pharmaceuticals, Bio Engineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline), with graduation in 2024 or 2025.
- 0 3 years of professional experience in a technical or techno-functional role, ideally within manufacturing, data analytics, or consulting.
- A strong academic record.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- A demonstrated strong interest in the industrial products, pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, ideally with relevant coursework, projects, or internships.
- An eagerness to learn about engineering and manufacturing processes, information systems, and data analytics in an operational context.
- Being passionate about the latest technology trends and developments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
