Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Carry out the requested physicochemical checks
- Control cleaning and disinfecting solutions
- Record the various control results on product dashboards and NEP files
- Inoculate the different products with the corresponding ferment strains
- Ensure the maintenance of the various control and measuring devices made available to him
- Ensure the calibration of the PH-m to be made available to him
- Report any anomalies in the results of the checks to your hierarchical manager
Initial training: Bac +03 or higher, in biology or food science, microbiology, biochemistry or biotechnology
- Experience in a similar position of 1-3 years
- Good physical fitness for 3*8 work
