Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and define manufacturing process routes for new and existing products.
  • Prepare and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
  • Use CAD and 3D design software to prepare and update process drawings, layouts, and unfolded drawings.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, defining key quality control points and ensuring process compliance.
  • Work closely with production, quality, and design teams to solve process-related issues.
  • Estimate and analyze standard product costs and propose cost optimization plans.
  • Design and develop fixtures and jigs (tooling) to improve product quality and production efficiency.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) and ensure manufacturability from design to production stages.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 3D design software.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering, preferably in machinery,steel structure or metal fabrication.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and cost management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills in English;
