Oversee and ensure timely completion of all maintenance operations for non-GMP areas, including preventive and corrective maintenance.

Supervise and lead the facilities maintenance team, assigning tasks and providing guidance to ensure high performance.

Perform regular inspections of non-GMP facilities to identify and address maintenance needs, ensuring all equipment and systems (e.g., plumbing, civil, elevators) are functioning optimally.

Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the optimal performance of non-GMP facilities.

Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper storage.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure facilities maintenance activities do not disrupt operations and align with administrative schedules.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and compliance with safety regulations.

Oversee the work of external contractors, technical services, and third-party agents, ensuring they meet organizational standards and project requirements.

Experience in supervising technicians and contractors, ensuring timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support in implementing operational improvements.

Familiarity with SAP-PM or other CMMS.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting purposes.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance issues.

Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
