Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales & Client Management: Identify potential clients, maintain existing relationships, and drive sales of marble and ceramic products.

  • Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information to clients about product specifications, quality, and pricing.

  • Order Processing: Handle quotations, prepare sales invoices, and coordinate with the warehouse for timely delivery.

  • Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.

  • Customer Support: Address client queries, follow up on orders, and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

  • Experience Requirement: Minimum 1 year of experience in marble, ceramic, or related material sales is required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in marble, ceramic, or related construction/decoration materials.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of marble and ceramic products, including quality, specifications, and market trends.

  • Proven ability to develop client relationships and achieve sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment.

  • Proficient in basic MS Office tools and experience with sales reporting.
