Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end reconciliation of transaction data across systems
- Investigate anomalies and variances exceeding thresholds, coordinating with agile squads and technical teams.
- Monitor deferred revenue
- Support SOX controls and internal audits by documenting investigations and escalations.
- Collaborate with commercial, and IT teams to address invalid trends and optimize processes.
Digital & Analytical Focus
- Leverage AI/ML models for predictive analytics and proactive risk detection.
- Automate assurance workflows using RPA and cloud-based tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time margin insights.
- Mentor junior analysts on tools like SQL, Python, and telecom architecture.
- Participate in agile squads to support mediation, charging, and DWH development functions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIMA, CPA) is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years in telecom or fintech assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in Margin Assurance for Telecom, strong>card/wallet Settlement and reconciliation operations and strong>banking reconciliation ,processes.
- Strong understanding of Telecom/fintech ecosystems, digital wallets, and payment gateways.
- Hands-on experience with reconciliation tools
- Familiarity with SOX compliance, and internal audit protocols.
Skills:
- Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of automation platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
