Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Perform Carbon Fiber Lamination and Fiberglass Lamination works. - Apply the following techniques: - Vacuum Infusion - Hand Lay-up

Resin Infusion Systems - Prepare and assemble marine molds specific to boats and yachts. - Cut and install carbon fiber and fiberglass layers with precision. -

Prepare and apply: - Epoxy Resin - Polyester Resin - Vinyl Ester Systems - Carry out boat hull repair works. - Inspect surface and structural quality post-manufacturing. - Perform sanding and final finishing works. - Comply with occupational health & safety standards and use personal protective equipment (PPE). - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. - Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily factory targets.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Technical diploma or hands-on experience in:

  • Marine Composites Fiberglass

  • Carbon Fiber

  • Minimum **3 years** of experience in boat or yacht manufacturing.

  • Preference given to candidates with experience in:

  • Boat Manufacturing

  • Yacht Building

  • Marine Repair facilities Required Skills

  • Vacuum Infusion & Hand Lay-up techniques

  • Carbon Fiber Lamination

  • Epoxy & Resin Systems
