Roles & Responsibilities

Looking for a Marine Crewing Coordinator responsible for the planning, recruitment, deployment, and management of seafarers assigned to offshore vessels and FPSO (Floating Production, Storage, and Offloading).


Key Responsibilities :
 Plan and coordinate crew rotations (on/off schedules)
Arrange mobilization and demobilization of crew
Ensure vessels are always fully manned
Source and screen candidates (Officers, Ratings, Technicians)
Verify certificates (COC, STCW, CDC / Seaman Book)
Coordinate interviews with clients and vessel management
Ensure compliance with international maritime standards
Arrange flight tickets, visas, and hotel bookings
Manage crew changes and urgent replacements

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors Degree (Marine, Business Administration, HR, or related)
Experience in marine/offshore crewing or recruitment
Knowledge of STCW Convention, marine certification, and offshore rotation systems
