Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily marina operations and berth allocations for yachts and boats.

  • Handle leasing inquiries, prepare, and manage contracts and agreements.

  • Coordinate with yacht owners, captains, and clients regarding docking and services.

  • Maintain accurate records of all vessels, clients, and contracts.

  • Monitor berth availability, reservations, renewals, and payments.

  • Ensure compliance with marina rules, safety, and operational standards.

  • Provide high-level customer service to VIP yacht and boat owners.

  • Coordinate with maintenance and marina operations teams when required.

  • Support smooth scheduling of arrivals, departures, and docking arrangements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience working in marina operations or marine facility management.

  • Strong knowledge of different types of boats and yachts (private yachts, luxury yachts, fishing boats, etc.).

  • Experience in contracts, leasing, or marina berth management.

  • Good understanding of marina operations and customer service.

  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

  • Ability to manage high-end VIP clientele professionally.

  • Strong computer and documentation skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
