Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at driving business growth and meeting revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage key accounts while fostering strong client relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries from various channels and direct them to the customer service team.
  • Negotiate project terms and contracts with new clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve offerings.
  • Provide technical support and after-sales service to clients.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote company products and expand professional network.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and overall commercial success.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to the management team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in the shipping industry.
  • Degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels effectively.
  • Results-driven, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
