Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist Technical Superintendent / Port Engineer. to ships repairs matters.

Support Technical Staff to maintain technical repairing records.

Coordinate between ship staff and maintenance staff in ships repairs matters.

Perform any other relevant tasks that maybe directed /assigned by immediate superior.

Maintain the repairing record as per company procedure.

Check and maintenance record on board along with PMS of engine room record.

Maintaining offshore maintenance record and coordinate with technicians during their on board visit.

Provide support in documentation for spares /repairs /purchase / inspections.

Carry out assigned follow up action to the concerned vessel.

Assign the repairing jobs to Maintenance Teams to their related task and follow up.

Check and maintain spares parts/ equipment as per HSE rule of storing.

Provide support in the strong implementation of Q&HSE Management System.

Propose any suggestions/ observations for the improvement of Q&HSE Management System.

Comply with HSE rules and regulations of the company.

Experience in maintaining marine PMS

Experience in handling ship spares inventory and storage

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering .
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a same role or Above
  • Fluency in English is required
