Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are a Maritime company managing the technical aspects of the Oil tanker vessels.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marine HSEQ Coordinator to assist the HSQE in running the vessels in compliance with the international, national & industry best practices requirements.


  1. Maintaining Vessel certificates
  2. Ensuring vessels survey / audit / inspection recorded in Ship Manager in correct manner
  3. Ensure flag authorities are advised on PSC reports and findings from other reports in timely manner, including close out.
  4. Collecting, analyzing, and processing data from all vessels to ensure accurate reporting, support decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency.
  5. Preparing and delivering training to onboard crew, as required.
  6. Actively participating in the company's Safety, Environmental, Health, and Quality culture, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 50001 (Energy Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
  7. Other duties and responsibilities with the Job Package will be discussed only to the shortlisted candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Mandatory sailing history as 3RD Officer, 2ND Officer
  • Maritime Background
  • Knowledge in Maritime Software [DNV ShipManager]

This role requires the specific Maritime background experience mentioned above and who are CURRENTLY INSIDE THE UAE.
