Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives ✅ Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives ✅ Lead showroom promotions, launch campaigns, seasonal offers, and customer engagement activities ✅ Oversee digital marketing channels including Social Media, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and Content Marketing ✅ Manage lead generation campaigns and support sales conversion efforts ✅ Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting ✅ Plan and execute advertising campaigns across print, outdoor, radio, television, and digital platforms ✅ Coordinate exhibitions, showroom openings, product launches, and promotional events ✅ Manage CRM initiatives, customer loyalty programs, and retention strategies ✅ Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI ✅ Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while driving innovation and continuous improvement

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field ✔ MBA in Marketing preferred ✔ Professional certifications in Digital Marketing are an advantage ✔ 5–10 years of marketing experience ✔ Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role within retail, furniture, home décor, lifestyle, or consumer retail industries ✔ Strong expertise in both traditional and digital marketing ✔ Experience managing multi-location retail showroom marketing is highly preferred ✔ Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and project management skills ✔ Willingness to relocate to Kozhikode is mandatory
