Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and market demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant KPIs, adjusting strategies based on performance data and market feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced strategic insight.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing management, ideally within the specific industry relevant to the organization.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that resulted in measurable growth and increased market share.
