    • Conduct in-depth research and surveys on the Indian market

    • Identify expectations, challenges, and behaviors related to administrative processes

    • Contribute to adapting and improving administrative support services for Indian citizens

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

⬛1 Market Research s Analysis

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research (surveys, questionnaires, interviews)

  • Analyze challenges and needs related to administrative procedures

  • Collect, structure, and analyze relevant data

  • Produce clear reports and actionable recommendations

⬛³ Surveys s Field Research

  • Design and administer surveys and questionnaires

  • Conduct phone-based, online, or in-person surveys

  • Analyze results and extract key insights

³⬛ Administrative Support Contribution

  • Provide linguistic and cultural support

  • Facilitate communication with Indian citizens

  • Support teams by sharing market-specific insights

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes

  • Indian nationality or strong expertise in the Indian market

  • Excellent understanding of Indian culture

  • Mandatory proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
