Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Marketing Account Manager will serve as a hybrid strategist, consultant, and executor, leading client relationships while developing and implementing marketing initiatives directly. This role requires strong business thinking, the ability to produce substantial deliverables independently, and comfort working across both strategy and execution without relying on separate delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Provide business consulting, including defining target customers, refining positioning, evaluating pricing, and identifying growth opportunities.
Strategy Development & Execution
Create and deliver strategy documents, market research, ad copy, email campaigns, and brand guidelines.
Execute marketing initiatives directly as part of a hands-on delivery model.
Campaign Management & Performance
Manage and support advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google and Meta.
Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to improve results and return on investment.
Technical Support & Systems
Provide hands-on support with CRM systems, tool setup, and workflow troubleshooting.
Help clients adopt and use marketing and operational tools effectively.
AI & Research Utilization
Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, writing, regulatory analysis, and deliverables.
Conduct research and develop insights for complex industries such as healthcare and agriculture.
Desired Candidate Profile
This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client s time zone.
Qualifications
Experience
3 5+ years of experience in a client-facing marketing, consulting, or strategy role.
Experience managing marketing campaigns and working directly with clients.
Skills
Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
Strong understanding of performance marketing and campaign management.
Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or advanced workflows.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce substantial content independently.
Curious, tech-savvy, and proactive in learning new tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
