Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
About You
- You are a master of event organization and live marketing. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy building real-world connections between brands and consumers. You are a natural organizer, a motivating leader for field teams, and have a keen eye for creating impactful promotional experiences at events, in retail spaces, and on the streets.
 
 Key Responsibilities 
 Strategy & Planning: 
- Develop innovative offline marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve client objectives (brand awareness, product sampling, sales leads).
 - Identify ideal locations, events, and venues for maximum consumer engagement.
End-to-End Event & Promotion Management: - Lead the entire lifecycle of offline activities: from initial concept and planning to on-site execution and post-campaign reporting.
 - Manage all logistical aspects, including: venue booking, permit acquisition, transportation, setup/breakdown, and material production (banners, stands, samples).
 - Note: Digital marketing for these campaigns will be handled by our dedicated digital team, with whom you will coordinate.
 
Team Leadership & On-Site Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of brand ambassadors and temporary staff for promotions and events.
 - Lead the team on-site, ensuring high energy, brand representation, and achievement of campaign goals.
 
 
 Vendor & Partner Relations: 
- Source and manage relationships with vendors, including event agencies, production houses, and logistics suppliers.
 - Negotiate contracts to ensure high quality and cost-effectiveness.
 
 
 Analysis & Reporting: 
- Track key offline metrics (e.g., footfall, samples distributed, leads generated, participant feedback).
 - Prepare post-campaign analysis reports to measure ROI and effectiveness for clients.
 
Desired Candidate Profile
 Qualifications & Experience 
 Must Have: 
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role, with a strong focus on organizing and managing offline promotions, events, and experiential marketing activities.
 - Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
 - Fluency in either Chinese or English is required for effective communication with management and clients.  
 
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong Leadership & People Skills: Experience in managing and motivating a field team.
 - Logistical Pro: Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
 - Creative Thinker: Ability to generate fresh ideas for engaging consumers offline.
 - Budget Management: Experience in managing event and promotion budgets.
