Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

  • Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and project timelines to facilitate smooth workflow across teams.
  • Support the development and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and promotional assets.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and segmentation.
  • Assist in organizing and executing events, trade shows, and webinars, handling logistics and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Manage vendor relationships, coordinate with external agencies, and oversee procurement of marketing supplies and services.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and company policies in all marketing communications.
  • Contribute to budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reporting for marketing activities.
