Roles & Responsibilities


As Affiliate Manager, you ll take ownership of a high-impact growth channel and play a direct role in shaping how Capital.com expands globally. This is a chance to scale a program with real revenue impact, build lasting partnerships, and establish yourself as a key voice in our marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
    • Lead with impact: Drive our affiliate strategy end-to-end, gaining the autonomy to design and scale initiatives that deliver measurable growth.
    • Build your network: Recruit and grow relationships with top-tier affiliates, giving you a platform to influence and connect across global markets.
    • Own the performance story: Use data, testing, and insight to show what s working, improve what s not, and celebrate results that are directly tied to your decisions.
    • Shape commercial deals: Take charge of structuring and negotiating win-win commission agreements that reward partners while boosting profitability.
    • Bring campaigns to life: Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams, ensuring you have the resources to execute standout affiliate campaigns.
    • Become a trusted advisor: Share insights and clear reporting that influence our wider marketing strategy and decision-making.
    • Protect and strengthen: Safeguard your program by ensuring compliance, reducing risk, and keeping performance clean and credible.
    • Stay ahead of the curve: Keep yourself, and Capital.com , on the front foot by tracking emerging trends, technologies, and competitor moves.
    • Shape budgets for growth: Have a voice in how investment is allocated, ensuring your program is resourced to deliver its potential.
Requirements
    • Industry Experience: You ll bring 3+ years in affiliate marketing (FinTech, Forex, or online trading gives you an edge) and a readiness to step into a global-scale program.
    • Data & results orientation: You love using analytics to guide decisions, track ROI, and optimize campaigns. Tools like Google Analytics and affiliate platforms feel natural to you.
    • Commercial Strength: Negotiating deals, setting structures, and balancing performance with profitability will be a core part of your impact.
    • Relationship builder: You know how to create trust with partners, influence outcomes, and keep people engaged long-term.
    • Communicator & storyteller: You can present complex insights clearly and persuasively, whether in a report, a meeting, or a partner call.
    • Mindset for growth: Proactive, adaptable, and curious. You stay ahead of industry change and see challenges as opportunities.
    • Domain knowledge (Bonus): Experience with financial trading products (CFDs, Forex, Stocks, Indices, Commodities) will help you hit the ground running.
