Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic outreach and client acquisition.

  • Plan and execute end-to-end lead generation strategies across digital channels.

  • Build and optimize funnels and conversion strategies.

  • Manage social media platforms (posting, engagement, community growth).

  • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand and business goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or business development.

  • Proficient in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar).

  • Proven track record in lead generation, funnel building, and conversion optimization.

  • Strong knowledge of paid and organic campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects.

  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
